Negative Feedback Advanced Heating Services took our debit card details and then made continuous charges until they cleared out account out. They invoiced us for work done from a dissolved company. We have reported them to the Official Receiver (for dissolved companies), the VAT office for charging vat without the registration number and Credit card services for fraud. It goes without saying that their work is rubbish and if you complain you will be inundated with abusive texts and telephone calls.

Negative Feedback Would avoid like the plague. Actually would chose the plague over these guys. After disapearing for 45 minutes to “buy parts” and charging for the time spent doing so, then proceeded to charge extra because delay had pushed job in to more expensive time slot. Left heaters leaking on to floor when out parts buying because had “forgot” to fully drain system. Finally, left one radiator with slow drip on to carpet at end of job. Took much chasing to get an engineer to return, and then was forced to pay an additional call out fee and hourly charge (at highest timeslot charge) to fix (a problem which the “engineer”) had himself caused). Bank account health alert!
