Prompt Service
After calling Advanced Electrical Services – the electrician from arrived within the hour, fixed my security light outside and fitted my new chandelier fitting very promptly and professionally. He went through and showed me what he was exactly doing. Great value for money and service with a fun and cheery personality from you guys, what more can you ask for?

Thanks for saving us from a lot of headache
Remember you have saved my wife and baby’s lives?. I phoned you up one morning and requested an engineer to come round and fix my boiler. We didn’t have any hot water or heating at the same time my wife was at the end of pregnancy. She was freezing and really worried about a baby who is going to get born in the cold!.You came round within an hour and identified that there was a problem with the fan. Unfortunately, when we both discovered that all manufactures stopped making this particular fan I was so sad at first not thinking you would be able to fix it at all. However you did spend your time to look around and get information, then next thing I knew was that you fixed my boiler and I could see that you replaced the new fan with a similar one that you had with you in your vehicle and you bent it and designed it in such a way it would fit on the boiler and it worked! You really saved lives and brought our hot water back, it’s good to know there is some dedicated engineer like this in London. Now I have lovely hot water and heating.

Great electrical job you did
Suddenly had no lights at all, called up and booked the electrician from Advanced Professional Electrical Services. He was there more than there hours but charge me only two and a half hours. Fantastic service!
Their price is realistic and covers a lot of planning and drawing services as well. I recently purchased a bungalow and had all recommended builders, tillers, joiners, interior designers, plumbing and heating fitters to come and handle the conversion from the bungalow into a luxury home. They turned the project around in only two months and helped me make a good profit. They also provide you with building written reports as well. I have given their details to most of my family and mates. They have comment highly of them.

Wonderful service received
After 3 months of heating nightmares going through several companies and boiler started leaking again just one day before we were going on holiday. This drove me mad! Did god play game one me? It was a big relief to find a company that was so competent and professional. Right from the start their office girls kept me informed of charges and estimated arrival time. The plumber arrived on time with his politeness nature. The work was done speedily and efficiently, all clean and tidy when done. At all times he was so polite and very helpful went to great lengths to make sure that he fixed the problem and checked all the heating system to put our minds at rest before we went away. No hesitation but to recommend all my friends and family to get them out whenever they have issue like this.

You are totally BMS system expert
Thanks you guys for sending your engineer to sort out our BMS control system in the hotel in NO TIME. It was such a big relief as the problems were occurring while they were having their special birthday party. What a nightmare, our system went crazy. The fan just stopped working. It was in the kitchen your engineer got the kitchen extractor it was a fan speed control board It was replaced and other problems were sorted by yourselves too.

This company Advanced Heating is very good. One night I woke up with some serious water leaks from somewhere didn't know ehrer but may be either from the roof or so. The water just kept coming down like a fountain and eventually floodying my whole kitchen, lounge and bedrooms, worse that than it was also going down to my neighbour whom living in the flat below me. I was panicking I didn't know what to do, trying to ring some friends and family to see if anyone could come around or recommend anyone to me. Eventually one of my neighbors told me to contact Advanced. When I called the woman answered the first time and managed to send out a plumber to my house in half an hour. What a fast and reliable response and this impressed me! When the plumber arrived he checked everything out investigated the leak and it turned to be very serious problems but he has experience to deal with all he did temparory fix to make safe for that night and came back with more equipments the next day to finish off the job.He also advised me how to notify and claim the insurance as obviously I'd never had to claim any insurance before so his advice was great and helped me so much. I just want to thank you for your quick response. I have kept your number on my phone and will make sure I don't ever lost it. I learned that you do a lot of specialized trades so I will definately get you back to do some more jobs as my boiler starts to do funny things and I need to get my flat renovated anyway. The jobs are definately yours

This company is a rip off, do not give them your debit card details you will pay for the work done then they will continue to take random amounts, they have taken over £300 over the amount due, they are untrustworthy and should not be trading, be careful, my advise is stay well clear.

my name is chris and i had been harassed by Andrew smith from advanced heating London to carry out gas work for him. i have my own company so there was no need for him to phone me hundreds of times and send numerous text messages to my mobile phone. i had to call the police to warn him about the harassment. i am qualified in LPG GAS REPAIRS ON boats and boilers so i do not need a third party trying to make money from myself. he text my phone stating he knows where my daughter lives so as far as i am concerned he is a paedophile delusional dreamer who wants to get rich ripping people off. some of his customers have threatened to kill him some refusing to pay his enormous bills. keep away from him and his smooth talking staff based in rainham and not London as he claims. i have reported him to trading standards also.if he approaches my daughter i will have him arrested for it. feel free to call me on 078251 48538 or visit my company at www.boilerbreakdownservice.com for my affordable professional services to you.

This company took our debit card details and then made continuous charges until they cleared out account out. They invoiced us for work done from a dissolved company. We have reported them to the Official Receiver (for dissolved companies), the VAT office for charging vat without the registration number and Credit card services for fraud. It goes without saying that their work is rubbish and if you complain you will be inundated with abusive texts and telephone calls.

On Wednesday 28th January 2009, Advanced
Heating London's engineer came over to my
flat in order to check my boiler problem of
hot water and central heating working
intermittently. I advised prior to arriving
that I thought it had an ignition problem as
this was fault indicated on the boiler on a
few occasions. I specifically asked him to
check the ignition system and the electrode.
But the plumber didn't do so, claiming that
the fault could be due to any other part of
the system. So what did he exactly do for 45
minutes? Who knows?...
The boiler was left in a non-working state -
the wall thermostat was not in
fact connected to the boiler - which I
realised when I opened the boiler myself the
day after, to fix the plumber's mistake. I
then cleaned the area myself and once I had
closed it and connected everything properly,
the boiler was working again.
I sent many emails
to office[at]advancedheatinglondon[dot]co[dot]uk to
explain that the plumber in question did not
provide a proper service and to understand
why they were asking me to pay for
someone leaving my boiler in a worse
condition than when he first came. I never
received any explanation but "as with all
breakdowns, there is a lot that can go
wrong". It took me a month for this
response. And no money back.
These guys have no expertise, the worst
customers service I've experienced and were
terribly arrogant in the very few emails they
sent me. I will never use them again and I
greatly recommend you to stay away from
them.
