Although I know someone at the company personally, I have recently opened a limited company effortlessly and at no extra cost. He came out to my place to meet me and discuss my business needs. This is a standard service and he did not do this just because I happened to know him. I was to start contracting in 3 days time and by the time I started, I already had all the tax benefits of a limited company. My effective tax rate was to approximate 18% and the only fee I have to pay is £ 90 per month. 1st contact had quoted me 5% of total earnings so I would have been paying around £ 300 per month,so I'm saving about £210 per month! That covers all my transport and a great deal of my groceries! All in all the service is friendly, efficient and effective. No complaints whatsoever!
