Following our wedding day we turned up to collect our flowers (intended for continuation of the festivities), and were shocked and at utter dismay when realized that all our flowers were gone! Add Style UK had rid of everything without even the courtesy of a phone call. We hired a number of things from Add Style UK namely vases, mirrors and imitation flower balls, but we also bought centerpiece bouquets. These bouquets (value of >500£!), which were our property to keep, included decorative items never even mentioned as ‘for hire’ and so Add Style UK had also decided to take money off our deposit, without any notice or reasoning! We wrote to Add Style UK management, and politely explained our disappointment but didn't even receive an apology , let alone any attempt at a satisfactory resolution. Instead they were rude, dismissive and condescending.

I cannot say enough great things about Add Style UK. For our wedding, we had chosen a restaurant venue to have the reception and this meant in order to get the level of detail we wanted, we needed to get the professionals in, and that is exactly what the Team at Add Style UK are! With so many lovely accessories to choose from, it was hard, but great fun, to make a decision for the perfect table arrangement. We must have gone through 5 different settings before we found 'the one' but the Team were very patient and supportive in helping us get it right. Nothing is too much trouble for Add Style UK and the help and guidence we got from the Team in the run up to the wedding was amazing and then seeing the final result on the day, really was the icing on the cake. All we had to do was turn up to the reception and it was all done and it looked beautiful. Thank you to all the Team for helping to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. Jess & Steve Dye

I found the staff helpful, knowleageable and professional - goods were promptly delivered and collected. Have just set up a wedding planneing company and I definitely intend on returning to AddStyle,even hope to even make it to the showroom one day soon. Debbie polished a lot of my ideas by giving me creative suggestions and the venue looked amazing!
